My husband receives a car allowance.  The vehicle is registered in his name and we pay the insurance.  The company now wants to instal tracker on it ( not just on his on all staff that receive car allowance.)  Can this be done?

A compamy cannot force ew trems inot a contract, so no they cannot force this on you.
