My fiance and his brother inlaw waere employed by a plumbing company in mid March. Their first salary was only paid in on the 14/04/2012. All stop orders bounced on the 1st. This month their salaries are not in again and the boss refuses to take thei phone calls and refuses to reply to them on bbm. The boss has moved residence and now we cant even find him to see him in person. We went to the ccma on wednesday the 8/5/2012. They reffered us to the labour dept who said they need his physical address. What are we supposed to do? No money= no food, no rent, all debt orderes bounced which means bank fees are just accumulating... What must we do now?!?!?!?!?!?

There is nothing further to do other than what the CCMA and Labour Department have advised. They cannot help unless they know where your employer is.
