I have been working for this company for six years and i have been sales orientated manager and achieved a lot due to hard work, now i work with a sales assistant who is jealous of me and told management that i don't know my work and i don't follow policies and procedures. i am currently under investigation with management thinking i might have taken their money for my benefit, which i did not. They do believe him and don't want to listen to me. i did not follow procedures to benefit sales and reaching set targets. what are my chances for dismissal?
It would be near on impossible to gauge your chances of dismissal on the information provided. Suffice it to say that a dismissal will generally be deemed to be unfair if the alleged offence was not proved on a balance of probability. Yoiur employer may still dismiss you, BUT should they have insufficient evidence to support a charge, the dismissal will be unfair.
