If you are called to a disciplinary hearing, who may you have to represent you?  And how long must you be given to prepare your case?

Kind regards

Attendee

There is no hard and fast rule, but generally you are only entitled to be represented by a fellow employee or a union official should you belong to a union.

The time allocated for preparing for your defence varies according to the circumstances but the general stance is that aything less than 48 hours would probably be considered to be too short.
