Good day, My employer instructed the security to remove me from my work place yesterday for the reosons i do not know. I regard this as unfair dismissal since i did not attend any disciplinary hearing. What legal steps should i take because i am now sitting at home. I sent an email to the Municipal Manager yesterday requesting the reosons for my dismissal but up to now no response has been received. For yopur advice and guidance please.

I would suggest you keep returning to work until they either re-instate you or they give you a written dimissal.

How if there was none of written notice provided by employer, and it was just verbally informed by employer and employee was forced to leave the office within same day

          How should I response when I was forced and instructed to leave the office by HR manager without a written letter or a verbal warning notice prior to the day the HR 

          asked me to leave.  The HR finally paid me full payment but I felt there was problem of the HR manager's intergrity.
