I have recently been unfairly dismissed, I won't go into detail but due to the unfair dismissal I have been granted 3 months salary to compensate. My question is; can I request that I be paid at least a third of the final amount on my last day at work (15th of December) instead of a lump sum on the usual payday? A bonus is usually paid out at this time but i highly doubt i qualify for a bonus. I need this money for the Christmas season.
