Good Day.

I am booked for a procedure to remove multiple wisdom teeth.

I have invormed my employer well in advanced.The specilast notified me that he will book me off sick for 5 days.(1 day will fall on a friday).

Now my employer are telling me I am only (legaly) allowed 2 days off for removing wisdomteeth.

where do I stand in this matter are the Doctor's note binding?

I have only taken 3 days sick leave in the last 2 years.

As long as a the sick leave is corroborated by your doctor you are entitled to the days he advises. I would always suggest following your doctors advice.
