I have 3 kids,Twin boys age 4 and a girl age 3.My manager have a problem with me taking my children to the hospital or clinic.I would like to know whats my rights at work when it comes to my children!please i need answers they put alot of presure on me for takng my kids to clinic and staying out.I am staying far from work and have to travel 6 taxis to and from work.thanx in advance.

Taking care of sick children does fall into family responsibility leave of which you are entitled to 3 days per 12 month cycle.
